How to Apply for a Building Permit
To apply for a building permit, you must file an
application, along with the necessary drawings and the required fee. Click here to access the

Permit plans are reviewed by Township Staff to ensure that they meet the Ontario Building Code and other related standards, by-laws and applicable law, including fire safety systems. Permit application forms can be picked up at Municipal Office. The form is also available by clicking below. Please note that you may also be required to apply to the Township for Site Alteration Permit and Sign Permit.
