Scugog Shores Museum Village and Archives is dedicated to preserving the history and prehistory of the Lake Scugog area. Come and experience life in an earlier time. Twelve authentically restored buildings include a log cabin, a Victorian frame house, a church, tea room, barns and harness/blacksmith shop and print shop in a peaceful rural setting. Furnished to reflect the late 19th Century, also featuring the Ojibway Heritage Interpretive Lands and a traditional Wigwam. Realistic displays recreate the lifestyles, commerce and industry of the period. Come and enjoy a stroll through our heritage gardens.
